2. Dealers must pay in advance before shipment. No product will be delivered without payment confirmation.
3. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled without prior approval.

ডিলার নিবন্ধন:
১. সকল ডিলারকে টিএল টেলিকমের সাথে আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে নিবন্ধিত হতে হবে এবং সক্রিয় ব্যবসায়িক লাইসেন্স বজায় রাখতে হবে।
২. টিএল টেলিকম কোম্পানির নীতির ভিত্তিতে যেকোনো ডিলার আবেদন অনুমোদন বা বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
ডিলার ক্রয় প্রক্রিয়া:
১. সকল ক্রয় অবশ্যই টিএল টেলিকমের অফিসিয়াল চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
২. পণ্য পাঠানোর আগে অগ্রিম অর্থপ্রদান আবশ্যক। অর্থপ্রদান ছাড়া কোনো পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হবে না।
৩. একবার অর্ডার প্রদান করলে, কোম্পানির অনুমোদন ছাড়া তা পরিবর্তন বা বাতিল করা যাবে না।

- বিক্রয়-পরবর্তী সেবায় অগ্রাধিকার।

ডিলারের দায়িত্বসমূহ:
